Founded in 1994 to reduce bacteria loading in the shell fish beds of New England, the StormTreat System started the movement towards biological filters in the stormwater industry and was the original bio-filter.

The StormTreat System utilizes a sub-surface flow vegetated wetlands to remove a wide array of pollutants including bacteria, phosphorus, nitrogen, metals, TSS, and hydrocarbons. With high levels of removal, the StormTreat System can help you meet the most stringent stormwater requirements.
