The Nutrient Separating Baffle Box is delivered to the project in two pre assembled and easy to install pieces. The System’s shallow design decreases installation cost by minimizing the depth of excavation. On Average the bottom of the structure is at a depth of 4 to 5 feet below the invert of the out flow pipe.
SHALLOW PROFILE
The shallow profile of the Nutrient Separating Baffle Box drastically cuts down on required excavation and reduces the need for expensive shoring. The shallow profile is also preferable for installations with high ground water.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
Step 1 - Excavation.
Step 2 - Set bottom half of structure.
Step 3 - Set top half of structure.
Step 4 - Connect pipe.
